Silver Cloud's published core onboard inclusions cover butler service in every suite, dining and 24-hour in-suite dining, selected champagne, wines and spirits, coffee and tea, enrichment and entertainment, Wi-Fi at the applicable suite tier, onboard gratuities, and port taxes and fees. Optional air, transfers and hotels are included only when stated in the booking. Premium beverages, spa and salon treatments, selected classes or dining, Wi-Fi upgrades, laundry unless attached to the category or voyage, telephone service, medical care and insurance, and personal purchases can cost extra. The exact fare and booking confirmation control. Each voyage and selected fare must be checked before reserving.
Silver Cloud's primary beds can be arranged as twins or a queen. Silver and Medallion Suites accommodate three guests and use a convertible sofa for the additional guest. Veranda Suites 505-510 and 605-610 also accommodate three, but the published plan does not identify their third-bed type. Two-bedroom Owner's, Grand and Royal configurations connect to another suite with twin beds or a queen in the additional bedroom. Deluxe Cruises will confirm the exact suite number, occupancy, sleeping arrangement and child eligibility before booking; no unlisted extra bed is assumed.
Silversea's current expedition guidance includes the applicable published landings, shore excursions or expedition activities and gear, with operationally required charter flights and hotel stays included when stated for the itinerary. Private, enhanced or additional experiences are not assumed included. The final voyage program remains subject to the selected fare, availability, weather and operating conditions. If a preferred experience falls outside the included benefit, Deluxe Cruises can compare independent alternatives and check whether a lower price or better value is available than booking through the cruise line. Availability and savings vary and are confirmed before purchase.
Current Silver Cloud guidance lists Premium Wi-Fi for Medallion, Silver, Royal, Grand and Owner's Suites and Standard Wi-Fi for Vista and Veranda categories. The table does not separately name the Deluxe Veranda category, so its tier must be confirmed. Standard service is intended for browsing, messaging and email; Premium is designed for social posting, streaming, and voice or video calls. Additional packages or upgrades can cost extra, and satellite availability and performance are not guaranteed. The selected suite and final booking confirmation determine the included tier.
