Azamara publishes dining in its included venues, room service, selected spirits, beers and wines, bottled water, soft drinks, specialty coffees and teas, onboard gratuities and self-service laundry. Specialty dining, premium drinks, Wi-Fi, shore excursions, spa treatments and laundry services can cost extra unless covered by your category, package or promotion. Flights, transfers, hotels, medical care, insurance and personal purchases are included only when specifically stated in the booking. What bed is provided for a child or third guest on Azamara Journey Voyage JR281219-008?

Azamara publishes convertible sofa beds in selected accommodations. Many staterooms have two lower beds that can form a queen, while suite configurations vary. A third berth is not available in every cabin, and a category name alone does not establish the bed type or maximum occupancy.

Review the Azamara Journey accommodations and deck guide. Deluxe Cruises will confirm the exact cabin number, approved occupancy, sleeping arrangement and child eligibility before booking; a rollaway, Pullman or crib is not assumed.

Are shore excursions included on Azamara Journey Voyage JR281219-008, and can Deluxe Cruises help with alternatives?

Most destination tours are optional purchases. An AzAmazing Evening offered on an eligible voyage is a separate cultural event and does not make all shore excursions complimentary. A package, promotion or voyage benefit may include tour credit; confirm the amount, eligible tours and restrictions for your reservation.

Deluxe Cruises can compare cruise-line tours with independent alternatives, including price, group size, activity level, transport and the required return time. Tour availability and savings vary. Published excursion listings are planning information and do not guarantee operation, a reserved place or inclusion in your fare.

How does Internet and Wi-Fi work aboard Azamara Journey?

Azamara offers onboard Internet packages and publishes different benefits by accommodation category. Its suite-enhancement guidance lists unlimited Basic Wi-Fi for one device per guest in Continent Suites and two devices per guest in World Owner’s, Ocean and Spa Suites. Other categories and promotional packages have different allowances; confirm the benefit attached to your booking and departure.

Ask about the number of devices, package tier and any upgrade charge before purchasing. Connection quality depends on satellite coverage, location and demand; a particular speed or uninterrupted streaming cannot be promised.

Compare Azamara’s current Internet packages with the benefits shown on your confirmation.

Review Azamara’s published infant and pregnancy guidance for the current requirements.

How does Azamara Journey handle special needs, medical arrangements and accessibility?
  • Tell Deluxe Cruises about mobility, communication, dietary, medical-equipment and accommodation needs when requesting a booking so arrangements can be assessed with Azamara.
  • Accessible accommodations are limited. Crew cannot provide personal care such as eating, dressing, toileting or lifting; arrange the assistance you need.
  • Gangways, tenders, piers, shore vehicles and excursions present different access conditions. Tender access can be restricted for mobility devices and depends on conditions and the ship’s safety decision.
  • Azamara ships have medical facilities, but onboard care and medication supplies are limited and carry charges. Discuss medical needs and equipment in advance, and bring an adequate supply of prescribed medication.

See Azamara’s accessible-cruising guidance. Record your needs at booking and reconfirm the arrangements before departure.

What is the smoking policy aboard Azamara Journey?

Smoking is restricted to the ship’s designated smoking area. Other areas, including accommodations and private verandas, are non-smoking.
