Next, weÔÇÖll spend a day sailing to the popular vacation resorts of Cabo San Lucas and LBGTQ+ friendly Puerto Vallarta, before watching the world go by en route to Acajutla in El Salvador, where a coffee from one of the countryÔÇÖs famous plantations is a must. Now Costa Rica comes into view at Playa Flamingo, with its cerulean lagoons and sugar-white sands, and Puntarenas, where there is seafood to dine on and nature to admire further inland. South America is our quest on a day at sea, which we reach at Manta in Ecuador, renowned for its wickerwork, an obvious souvenir. Our final port is Guayaquil, gateway to the Galapagos Islands.
