Tick off two great nations, South Korea and Japan, on this 12-day voyage, which coincides with the start of cherry blossom season. Embarking at Incheon near Seoul, we spend a relaxing day at sea before reaching Busan, much loved by Koreans for its setting and magnificent temple of Beomeo-sa. Heading south to Japan, our next port of call is Fukuoka, renowned for its seafood. We sail on to Nagasaki, dramatically rebuilt after World War II, and then continue south to Kagoshima, across the bay from Sakurajima volcano. After calling in at Beppu, we reach Kochi, with its beach and well-preserved Shogun castle. Our final ports of call are Osaka and Nagoya before we finish the journey in dynamic Tokyo.
