Before you begin: After Deluxe Cruises confirms the selected Crystal Grace 2030 cruise reservation, use the guest name and email recorded on the Crystal reservation. Crystal does not publish a manual booking-number-linking field, so do not substitute a Deluxe Cruises invoice, receipt, or payment reference.
- Step 1 — Open Crystal MyAccount: Choose Log In or Register from Crystal's official website. If an account already exists for the reservation email, sign in instead of creating a duplicate.
- Step 2 — Create the account: Enter the guest's first name, last name, email, password and password confirmation, accept the privacy policy, and submit Create Account. Marketing consent is optional.
- Step 3 — Sign in securely: Use the registered email and case-sensitive password. If needed, use Forgot Password and follow the reset instructions Crystal emails.
- Step 4 — Find the reservation: Open My Bookings, select the selected Crystal Grace 2030 departure, and choose View My Reservation. Crystal does not publicly describe a manual advisor-booking link sequence.
- Step 5 — Complete available planning: Review the itinerary, guest documentation, dietary or medical information, celebrations and independent hotel details, and reserve any dining, excursions, or spa services currently available for the booking.
If the selected Crystal Grace 2030 departure does not appear, first confirm that the account email and guest name match Crystal's reservation. Then contact Deluxe Cruises so your advisor can verify the booking record and request Crystal MyAccount assistance.
