Our 10-night voyage around the Iberian Peninsula departs from the Portuguese capital, Lisbon, embarking on the beaches of Portimao before crossing to the north coast of Africa. We visit cosmopolitan Tangier in Morocco, followed by the Spanish enclave of Melilla, and, after a day at sea, La Goulette in Tunisia, close to the ruins of the ancient city of Carthage. Now we enter Italian waters at Cagliari, discovering the medieval villages and white-sand beaches of the scenic island of Sardinia. Over in France, we visit Ajaccio, the palm-lined capital of Corsica, before buzzy Marseille beckons, with the nearby vineyards of Provence enjoying the festive atmosphere of the grape harvest. Up next is the Spanish fishing town of Palam�s, famous for its juicy red prawns, and we complete our journey in the spirted Spanish capital of Barcelona.
