Before you begin: After Deluxe Cruises confirms the selected Viking Embla 2030 cruise reservation, use Viking's booking number from the cruise-line confirmation—not a Deluxe Cruises invoice, receipt, or payment reference. Viking states that a booked guest with a Viking booking number can create My Viking Journey.
- Step 1 — Open My Viking Journey: Choose My Viking Journey from Viking's official website. Sign in if the guest already has an account, or select Create Account.
- Step 2 — Verify the email: Begin with the preferred email address, retrieve the verification code Viking sends, and enter that code when prompted.
- Step 3 — Create and match the account: Enter Viking's booking number, the guest's last name exactly as shown on the passport and reservation, the preferred email, and a password that meets Viking's displayed rules. Follow the remaining prompts.
- Step 4 — Open the voyage: Find the selected Viking Embla 2030 departure in My Viking Journey and complete the Guest Information Form and any required preferences or documents.
- Step 5 — Add or manage bookings: From the account welcome area, add another Viking booking number when needed. Review the booking, documents, excursions, dining, spa, payments, preferences, and flight information currently available for the voyage.
If the selected Viking Embla 2030 departure does not appear, recheck Viking's booking number and the guest identity and email. Use the official password-recovery process for an existing account, then contact Deluxe Cruises so your advisor can verify the Viking booking record.
